DIGITAL ART COMISSIONS :

General Terms of Services

✧ By purchasing any of my services, you automatically agree and understand these conditions.✧ The final product is a DIGITAL GOOD, A DIGITAL PIECE OF ART. THIS IS A DIGITAL SERVICE.✧I do not accept clients whose socials are empty and freshly created. *Please prove to me that you are an active user in other socials if possible by messaging me through them.✧ You may upload the artwork in your socials with credit. Do not remove my watermark.✧ I have the right to personal use to the artwork, I can upload the artwork in my socials.✧ Turn around time is about 1-3 weeks.✧ I have the right to refuse to work for you.✧ Usage for AI, commercial, NFTs is strictly prohibited.

WIPs and Revisions

✧ You must have an email. I will send you WIPs and the final product through that email, not private messages in socials. I will be keeping record of ALL transmissions.✧ I will only make changes during the sketching and coloring. During rendering, minor edits are free. Major edits such as pose changes and character change is an extra $5 fee.

Payments and Refunds

✧ I only accept paypal USD.✧ PAYPAL INVOICES PREFERRED or sent through paylink/email to goods and services. Payment upfront.✧ ONCE PAID, I WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ARE CERTAIN ABOUT COMMISSIONING ME.✧ Failure to abide my TOS does not grounds for a refund.
